I constantly reflect on mentors in coaching and teaching, and I often think about lessons learned from those mentors, along with great memories, so that's why I enjoyed this portion of the NBA Coach of the Year speech from the Atlanta Hawks' Mike Budenholzer, as he thanks Gregg Popovich of the San Antonio Spurs for being a mentor to him.  What's even better is that his message can move beyond coaches and into other walks of life as well...so take a look at the brief video clip above.
